does anyone else have an issue with the fluctuation of weight and BMI on the wii fit?  I used the wii fit yesterday and today and even though I am doing Weight Watchers obsessively I managed to gain .5 of a lb and my BMI went up by 1 in a day??  and I re-tested after 30 minutes of mostly aerobics and it said I had gained an additional 2 lbs and my BMI went up again?

Wii fit alone won't take the weight off, so you'll also have to regulate your diet to help it along. I found an online community that allows you to keep track of your water intake, your food intake, provides suggested meal plans from day to day, offers a grocery shopping list for the week and a lot of other people out to do what most of us are trying to do: get healthy.

I just recently began using it in conjunction with Wii Fit, and I invite you to do the same. And I also suggest finding another activity to enjoy as well. I bellydance, what do you do?

BMI: 25.52
Wii Fit Age 20

Right so my first weigh in goes as above. Wii Fit age was 20 but to be honest I don't think much of this. It seems to go only on balance tests which is a bit rubbish.

BMI is 25.52 which is .52 over what would be considered to be that area of ideal weight. So a little bit of work to do.

Spent a total of 30 minutes exercise times in which I did two short distance jogs, some yoga and muscle workouts. I also did some balance games however I wouldn't count.

I did feel good after it. Worked up a bit of a sweat. Yiou might think that 30 minutes is a relatively short time but bear in mind that I've had this thing since the start of May and my total exercise time on it was 1 hour 38 minutes. This included the 30 minutes I spent on it last night.

My trainer I've nicknamed Belinda. Because of this email I recieved not so long ago....

Weight today: 202.6 (same as yesteday, first goal 175)
BMI: 32.56 (first goal 28)
Wii Fit Age: 20
Fit Credits: 1:20

And I measured myself today, seems I have lost anywhere from a half inch to an inch every where (including the boobs) on my torso. So even though I'm not losing a lot of weight, I'm losing inches, so that makes me feel much better.
